Armada 100s

I HAVE A COMPAC ARMADA 100S:

AMD K6 + 533, HD 5GB, 64MB memory on board
I HAVE INSTALLED WIN XP pro.
The problem is that when I put extra memory 128 MB it stops to indedify the memory on board (on the system properties it recognise only 120MB), it also recognises the processor some times as 333 MH. What can I do?
I can't install the service pack 1 because I don't have enough space.
If I would like to install larger HDD, do you know if my BIOS can recognise it?

THANK YOU
