I'm trying to install gnome applets but always run onto this
Code:
checking for PYGTK... configure: error: Package requirements (pygtk-2.0) were not met:
No package 'pygtk-2.0' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables PYGTK_CFLAGS
and PYGTK_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
if I try to install pygtk from
http://www.icewalkers.com/rpm/pygtk2...tk2-25156.html I get: "A newer version than /tmp/pygtk2-2.10.3-4.fc6.i386.rpm is already installed"
I dont get the PKG_CONFIG_PATH, PYGTK_CFLAGS and PYGTK_LIBS stuff...
