Question Creative Sound Blaster works with RH9, but not with FC2

I have RedHat9 running on one hd, and FC2.6.7 running on my main hd. Sound, cd players, etc all work on RH9, but I have NO sound at all with FC2. When I do Sound Card Detection, it will always go back to the built in sound card VIA tech, and ignore the Creative Labs SD Live EMU10K1. If I try the test sound, I get nothing.
I remember seeing a thread posted a while back on how to fix this, but I can't find it now. At the risk of being repititous, can anyone give me a clue how to fix this?
Thanks,
owa
