Mobile Broadband Sprint Aircard - Sierra Wireless 580??

Has anyone gotten these broadband cards to work in Fedora? Ive been searching and it seems Ubuntu has had a few success cases, but what about Fedora?

I have to use this on my laptop for broadband, so Im currently using Vista, but would love to switch it over to linux....

Just curious if anyone has had any luck?

I did a quick google search and found many links but most are defiantly tricky to understand. This ones looks good. http://samat.org/weblog/20070127-hig...inux-6-10.html

I don't know how compatiable the card is to this device but Dlink sells a router that one can plug a edvo pcmcia card into then then it can allow users to connect using standard wireless or wired connection. Looks like the simpliest to do but may be considered bulky. If it interrest you I would contact them to see if it will work with your card and service plan. http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=524
