nVIDIA GF 6200

Unfortunately I did not find any help in http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=124643

Somewere I found advice how to install nVIDIA proprietary driver for my PNY GF 6200 display card. But it did not work in my Fedora Core 6 which I installed from Linux Format DVD January 2007. In the root-terminal I should type "yum install kmod-nvidia" but:

[root@localhost fossiili]# yum install kmod-nvidia

What's wrong

rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-6.rpm

rpm --import http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY
yum -y install kmod-nvidia-96xx

The game ppracer runs well and the cube-desktop rotates nicely. But where is this advice given so that I could have found it myself?

the drvers only recently changed what you originally did was right up until a couple of weeks ago
