Realtek ALC880 dont works multi sound

i wanna my Realtek sound card play multisound simultaneous amaroke skype system sound.
i setup it all but cat play same time... when test it on "system>preferances>sound" test seem its works but cant hear other sounds. i open amarok and play... at the same time try to play test sound simultaneous
seems test sound is play but cant hear it... how to please
Card is: Realtek ALC880 Analog
