How do you use your multimedia keys under KDE?

Hello everybody.

Many of them may have a keyboard with multimedia keys and possible have configured it under GNOME (it's quite easy in fact: System -> Preferences -> Shortcuts). However I find it rather difficult to configure my multimedia keys under KDE. I read about something called keytouch but that thing functions randomly (it is almost always 'with its subsystem blocked', as stated by the "Services" window).

Do you know an easy way (or at least effective) to configure multimedia keys under KDE?
