VMWare Server is taking a really long time to load Windows

Hi,
I've just successfully installed and set up VMWare Server, but now it's taking ages to load. I've left it running for nearly half an hour and it's still at the Windows boot screen. Could it be because I've set it to use just 224 MB of ram or is it something else?
