postfix and always_bcc parameter

hi guys ....
I'm a newbye and I've got a little problem , but i can't find the solution

i've configured my postfix main.cf file with the always_bcc parameter

but nothing happen,the account specified doesn't receive any mail
there is a command that I need to launch after the configuration ?

p.s

(I've reloaded postfix with the command service postfix reload)
any ideas?
