A bunch of selinux/audit messages after fc5 -> fc6 upgrade

Hello. I have upgraded from fc5 to fc6 using a dvd. Almost everything went perfect, except now I am getting a bunch of selinux/audit messages during boot-up as well as shutting down/reboot (I do not use rhgb). Is there a way to recreate default selinux config or just get rid of these messages without compromising security? Thanks for the response in advance.
