Fedora core 5 in a Duall Pentium III - 1000 - Some problems

Machine :

Fujitsu-Siemens Primergy
Processors 2
Model Pentium III (Coppermine)
CPU Speed 1 GHz
Cache Size 256 KB
System Bogomips 4002.58
PCI Devices 00:03.1 I2O: Adaptec
00:04.0 Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation 3c940 10/100/1000Base-T [Marvell]
00:07.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Rage XL
00:0f.1 IDE interface: Broadcom OSB4 IDE Controller
02:05.0 SCSI storage controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic 53c1010 Ultra3 SCSI Adapter
02:05.1 SCSI storage controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic 53c1010 Ultra3 SCSI Adapter

Problems detected :

On Start - > "MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC"
"unable to determine agpgart aperture size."

but it still continues.
and sometimes the sytem hangs and i have to manualy reset the server the server.
can someone help me...? i cand send the messsage log to see more information

I have a small feeling you are having troubles with the I2O driver on FC5 as mentioned in other posts.
I had the same problem and ended up reverting back to FC4 without any kernel updates and the server is now running fine. I didn't rely on the 2.6.17 kernel update either as it still had problems.

See if this is the problem your having, better late than never i guess
