Login screen time format setting

Dear all,

on my old FC4 installation I had set the time format to 24 hours in the login screen. Now I did a fresh installation of FC5, but the time is displayed in 12 hours format. I didn't find an option via system-administration-login screen. Is there a way to change this? (I'm using Gnome, if this is important.)

Thanks for reading,
....Lutz
