Rebuild PHP?

I need to implment the SOAP functions within PHP5, but the FC5 build did not build with '--enable-soap' (reference). Below is the output from phpinfo() and the "Configure Command"

Can I download the PHP5 source code and rebuild it using the exact same parameters listed above while adding '--enable-soap'? I tried something similar once before in CentOS 4 and it would never configure correctly. If it won't build this way, can I dynamically load SOAP into PHP5/FC5?
