internet connection sharing

Hi guys I just need to set an internet connection sharing between a Linux operating system and a win98 system now on linux (fedora C5) I have a dual network cards one for cable internet and the other is for the connection sharing, can someone pls tell me how to make the connection between those 2 pcs. thanks
