GRUB won't see WinXPx64 and don't let me edit grub.conf

Hey, guys, how I can fix my problems?

This is my HD. It's SATA as you can see.
WinXPx64 on dev/sda3, ntfs, active
FC5x64 on dev/sda1, boot
/home/Andrew/Desktop/Screenshot-qtparted v0.4.5-cvs.png

GRUB is see only Fedora. But I need Windows too.
I know. I have to write down something into grub.cong but I can't because I do have this
/home/Andrew/Desktop/Screenshot-grub.conf (-boot-grub) - gedit.png

But I'm "the only one" root person on this mashine.

Please, tell me where I'm wrong.
