Need to change daylight savings switch over date

My FC4 box decided to change out of daylight savings at 2am this morning (local time). This would be ok normally as the Eastern states of Australia change out of daylight savings time normally on the last sunday of March.

This year is an exception, due to the Commonwealth Games being held in Melbourne, we delayed the switch back till 2AM Sunday, 2 April 2006.

I noticed Debian based products did the change, even Microsoft but unfortunately, not Fedora. I've listed a bug in the hopes someone posts a new zoneinfo file, but in case they don't, can someone tell me how to generate such an ammendment to my local zoneinfo file?

If you want to know more about the tzdata files, take a look at the man pages for 'zdump' and 'zic' (from the 'glibc-common' rpm).

Out of curiosity, I took a look at my tzdata file for Melbourne (in '/usr/share/zoneinfo/Australia') and from what I can tell, it lists the change-over as Apr 2 02:00. I'm still using 'tzdata-2005r-3.fc4' (haven't updated lately) so you might try to install that one to see if it helps.
