fedora-rpmdevtools

A quick one: Are there any way to install fedora-rpmdevtools on FC3?

I've got the htmldoc source and would love to build it - but the instructions (here) states that rpmdevtools are needed for this, and I don't wanna mess up the server by installing weird things from strange places, so I thought it better to ask here first. Maybe it just has a new name or something...?

Thanks a lot.
