Several domain names

At present i have namit.org setup and i have namit [at] nait [dot] org and all the other users setup that are on my computer root, guest, bla , bla bla

But i own 5 domain names

How do i set them up to be liek the virtual hosts in apache but now email setups?

Can anyone help me with this

I have
test1@domain1.domain

example:
test1@domain1.domain
test2@domain2.domain

I have got dns server to forward mx records to my ip
