DVD Format Instillation Disk But No DVD ROM.
Hello all. I have an older computer that has no DVD drive in it. Just a cd drive. Now I have a DVD copy of FC4 that worked fine on my newer computer to install Linux. I have made sure my old computer will boot from cd and it works fine. But it wont boot my FC4 DVD. I'm sure this is a formating problem. What I would like to know is can I convert the DVD to a CD format and burn it? If so, how do I make it bootable. Ive tried many timese to make different CDs bootable, without success. Thanks again,
