Question VSFTP with SSL on Fedora Core

Hi all
I recently knew that VSFTP is the more secure and efficient FTP server on Fedora core 4 distribution. I want to know if it is native ssl compiled or do i reinstall it with -ssl option ?
how can i test the SSL support for VSFTP ?
Thanks

The rpm version is compiled with ssl support, but you will probably have to turn it on in the config file and generate a server certificate to enable it.
