Cannot index packages with yum

I want to create local repository with yum and I use createrepo to appropriate index xml files.
But a lot of packages are not processed, the createrepo just shows 'Error reading package...'
And that`s all. There is no any info in the log or in stdout about the reason of the error.

Please, help me with it.

I don`t want to return back to apt
