KDE window behavior

I used to be more fond of Gnome but recently switched to KDE. The main reason I swtiched was due to (real or imagined) better control over window behavior in KDE.

One thing (maybe the only thing anymore) I liked about the window manager under IRIX was the widow focusing behavior. I want to focus under the mouse pointer, I want to be able to do things in a window without bringing it to the top. All of this I can do using KDE. One thing that I have not yet figured out in KDE is how to move windows and not bring them to the top.

Does anyone know how to do this?
