3ware fc4 shutdown problem

Hi,
I installed FC4 on a 3ware (8006-2lp) based raid 1 disk with lvm ant ext3 filesystem (using the default kernel driver).
The controller very often reinitialize the array also after a clean shutdown or reboot.
Reinitialization should start only in case of UNclean shutdown, but on my system reinitialization start after every (clean) shutdown!!!
Has someone a aimilar expirience ?
What can I do ?
