problem when installing star office 7 under fc4

Hi, I just made a fresh fc4 installation last night.
when I tried to install soffice7 (run ./setup as root) I got the following messag:
[root@localhost office7]# ./setup
glibc version: 2.3.5
/tmp/sv001.tmp/setup.bin: error while loading shared libraries: /tmp/sv001.tmp/l ibicudata.so.22: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

My machine is a Sony Vaio V505.
did anyone have a similar problem? any thought?
Thanks!

Yep, sounds like the version of Star Office you are trying to install was compiled with a gcc version 2.x or 3.x compiler, while FC4 uses the gcc 4.x compiler...

That will probably cause all SORTS of link/runtime errors during an install

Why not use OpenOffice.org???
