I installed the new 2.6.11 kernel from Fedora (built from the 2.6.11-1.27_FC3.src.rpm.) That wen't well but after booting into the new kernel, kde or gnome will start but I can't get any of the menus to do anything. About all I can do is ctrl-alt-backspace. I have already reinstalled the newest xorg rpms. If I boot into the old kernel, Xwindows still works properly. This is true for both root and a non root login.
