problem with kernel update: selinux-policy

hi folks,

when i want to update the kernel, i get the following error msg:
Error: kernel conflicts with selinux-policy-targeted < 1.17.30-2.94

i already tried to disable selinux which didnt change the result
i also tried to upgrade selinux which didnt work ... with rpm -i it says "... conflicts with file from package selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-2.19", with rpm -Uvh it says "package selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-2.96 is already installed"

any ideas how i could solve this problem?

thanks in advance
