Format Question: NTFS --> FAT32

I want to convert an ntfs partition to a fat32 partition. How do I do this? I don't care if I lose all the data on that partition as everything has been backed up already. One worry: that partition is on the same hard disk that my Fedora Core 2 instalation is on--will it mess with the other partions which contain FC2?

Here's my situation:

Hard Drive A contains Win XP and no partitions (40GB).

Hard Drive B contains:
-- ntfs Partition @ 90 GB
-- All the Linux partions for FC2 @50 GB total.

I want access to that 90GB partition from both Win XP and FC2.

Any ideas?

You can install ntfs rpms for read-only access in Fedora.

I installed the ntfs rpms and I can mount the drive now. I suppose that will do for now. I did some more checking and it turns out that it requires something like Partition Magic to go from ntfs to fat32.

I checked into qtparted, but it looked to be pretty unstable with 160 GB drives judging by their forums.

Thanks all!
