You have to be way more specific than that. What is the part that you are having difficulty with?

For example "Log in to fedorapeople.org and run...", where do I log in? What's the command for the log in (I suppose you do this from terminal)?

Perhaps you missed the very first sentence in that page.

"Fedora Packagers looking to create a repo"...

So you must already be a Fedora packager inorder to have access to that site. I have added a note that one must use ssh to login.

No. Fedora packagers actually maintain RPM packages in the Fedora repository

That's dull. I thought that repos.fedorapeople is more like Launchpad for Ubuntu... Any idea about similar service I can use?
