Sinclair has done it, their latest ZX81 has it all and then some:

Ummm.. Why are they comparing a product that was released way back in 1981 that isn't even being made anymore to an ipad?

I believe it's a joke. (Although when I first looked, I didn't realize that black space wasn't a screen, but then, watching the video, I realized it was humor--or, since I think it's British, humour. )
