Hello there.
I am new to fedora.
I am trying to install my video drivers as KDE is a bit slow using the free drivers.
I downloaded
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownloa...eon_linux.aspx
I also installed kernel, kernel-devel
Check if system has the tools required for installation.
fglrx installation requires that the system have kernel headers. /lib/modules/3.3.4-5.fc17.x86_64/build/include/linux/version.h cannot be found on this system.
One or more tools required for installation cannot be found on the system. Install the required tools before installing the fglrx driver.
Optionally, run the installer with --force option to install without the tools.
Forcing install will disable AMD hardware acceleration and may make your system unstable. Not recommended.
I tried to run with --force but it messed up my graphics and I had to do a fresh install.
So now I still get this message, I'm on a fresh install, and I don't know what to do
Thanks!

[root@CLEVO modules]# ls
3.3.4-5.fc17.x86_64 3.5.3-1.fc17.x86_64
And uname -ra gives
Linux CLEVO.fedora 3.5.3-1.fc17.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Aug 29 18:46:34 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
So it seems like it's searching the wrong directory.
How can I solve this ? the file exists in 3.5.3-1
