Software Update - Failed to Process Request

I tried to update all my drivers and other softwares related to fedora 17 (64 bit - before that I was using fedora 16 64 bit. recently I upgraded my system to F17).

To update my system I made use of application "software update". It showed few softwares/drivers to be updated. As the process was going on power went off and my system turned off. Now when I try to update my system it keeps giving me the error mentioned below

Failed to Process Request

More Details

ERROR with transaction check vs depsolve:
mesa-dri-filesystem(x86-32) is needed by mesa-dri-drivers-8.0.3-3.fc17.i686
libcups.so.2 is needed by gtk2-2.24.11-1.fc17.i686
Please report this error at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bu...&component=yum

Is there any solution for this. Can someone help me to fix this?

Re: Software Update - Failed to Process Request

You could try the yum-complete-transaction command (as root).

Re: Software Update - Failed to Process Request

Hmm, doesn't really rings any bell over here.
What happens when you do a yum update, does that give the same error as packagekit?
If so then you could try to run yum clean all and then try the update again, maybe that cleans the mess up.

yum clean all

After performing the above two operations I once again started with the software updating.
