fedora 12 server

Hi,
how I can copy file and past it to USB Memory and edit this file and replace this file to HDD.

I have fedora12 and install radiusmanager 3.9 and I want copy this

/var/www/html/radiusmanager

to USB Memory and edit this file and replace it to HDD.
how I can do it.
