Automatic hibernate?

Hey there!

As we know, Fedora offers a Automatic suspension after a while the computer inactive.

Unfortunately - I have problem with the suspend function since I've installed the Nvidia's official graphics card driver.

So.. I need your help - How can I automatic hibernate my computer, instead of automatic suspend after 30 minutes?

In theory - It's shouldn't be hard - just execute "pm-hibernate" instead of "pm-suspend".

The question: How do I do it?

Where to replace the command to execute?

Which module \ file is execute the suspend function after 30 minutes (or whatever timeout value chosen)?

Thank you so much, I really hope you can help me.

Re: Automatic hibernate?

Hibernation can be dangerous to your health. See http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common...ata_corruption

Code:
gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power sleep-inactive-ac-type 'hibernate'

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power sleep-inactive-battery-type 'hibernate'
Use at your own risk ;-)
