Keyboard language in fedora

Hello my friends!

I recently intalled fedora 17, and choosed norwegian for default keyboard language, but when I start the computer from sleep or from start, is the language in english. And then I need to go in to the controlpanel and change to norwegian again. Is there any solutions I can try to permanent set the keyboard language to norwegian.

There's a package called system-config-keyboard that should configure the keyboard (in /etc/sysconfig/keyboard).
You may want to check /etc/default/grub too to see if it's setting another keyboard.

Now, if these are set to norwegian, then it's an issue in GNOME.
