Gnome 3 Google Calendar/Evolution

Hi all

Nice to be here.

I have Evolution syncing with my Google Calendar, which is working perfectly. However, this calendar's events do not show when I click the time on the top panel in Gnome 3, it shows an empty calendar and agenda.

Is there anyway to select my Google Calendar as the one to show here please?

Many thanks in advance

Re: Gnome 3 Google Calendar/Evolution

I was under the impression that once events were in evolution (however they got there) they would appear in the top panel. Maybe I'm wrong however.

One issue I've seen repeatedly though is that the calender-factory gets wedged.

For grins and giggles you can try

ps waux | grep factory

then kill the pid associated with evolution-calendar-factory

(it will restart automagically).

Sometimes that will work wonders.

Re: Gnome 3 Google Calendar/Evolution

Google Calendar events didn't show in my GNOME Shell calendar until I enabled the option hight-lighted in attached screen-shot, although if events are showing in Evolution I'm not sure if that's the problem (I don't use stand-alone Evolution).
