Enabling clamd on boot in F17

What is the process for enabling clam AV daemon on boot in F17?

you got to install it first! The daemon shall be started automatically.

Here is a guide, bit outdated, but works!

Well, since I already DID install the clamav tools (daemon, update, etc) and it DID NOT start automatically, I go back to my original question. How do I get the system to enable clam so that it starts on boot? I had to enable smb and nmb to support Samba operation on my system, now I need to enable clam, but I do not know the correct syntax to enable it.

Did you ever make any progress in finding this out? It seems you are like me and wanting active anti-virus protection such as what "clamav-daemon" provides in the Debian-based distros - is that right?
