crack files in system ? !

During my recent configuration of FC2 i noticed some files:

unknown filetype

there were 3 and they had names with crack...

I persevered with the how to i was following intending to check them out later but now i cant find them any more! i got FC2 from bittorrent. At least one file is corrupted (russian language support.)

i noticed them in /etc or /usr etc or somwhere.

sorry the detail is so lame. Should i be concerned?
