How to display root in user graphic logon box ?

Question 1:

I removed GNOME completely and install XFCE desktop enviroment, it work fine.
I configured so i can log in root account using GUI.
I deleted all no-root account and when logon box appeared, it should like below :

Now, i want root account display as below when login box appeared. and i just enter my password. It so comfortable with me and i don't have to enter my root account everytime i login.

Question 2: I want to auto login using root account in GUI, i dont have to enter root and password. How can i do this ?

I just use "sudo" whenever I want to run a root command from command line... It's easy to set up, just make sure your user account is under the adminstrator account.

Re: How to display root in user graphic logon box ?

Accounts with UIDs less than 1000 are considered special system users, and cannot normally log in graphically.

If you add a normal user to the "wheel" group (by giving it the "Administrator" user profile in the installer or graphical user manager window), it's possible to run commands as root with the user's own password. It should also be possible to set it to not ask for a password at all by modifying the relevant configuration files, although that isn't really recommended for security reasons. That'd still be better than actually logging in as root though.

Don't try to turn Linux into Windows - it's different for good reasons. If your friend can't or won't learn from the Linux way of doing things, you won't be doing him any favours by introducing him to it!

A very weak reason I think.

No the place for it - but most PCs have all the goods under one use acct anyway. So if you login as root or as the guy with the keylogger stealing your bank account makes little difference.
