Need help with no root

Hey guys I installed fedora on my computer a month ago and I still have not learned how to use it so I was trying to install windows 7 and I read a guide and it said to delete the partition where fedora was so I did but it still launches but after it gets done instead of asking for my login and now whenever it boots it says "No root found" "Sleeping forever" and I want to install windows 7 I put it in the disc and it wont install how do I start installing windows 7?

So neither Windows nor Fedora works and now you want to install Windows again to make that work, yes?

In that case, put the Windows installation CD in the CD drive and reset the computer. When it starts press F12 while the very first screen of Bios shows. That should get you to a list of drives, where you select the CD drive. Then it should start with the Windows installation.
