Installing ISOs from Harddrive?

Hey guys,

I'm running Ark Linux right now, and I want to switch to Fedora Core3. I don't really have a problem with burning 4 CDs, but I'd much rather be able to install it from the harddrive. On the official site, it said that I could mount them... but it doesn't really give any other instructions.

If you could help me out that would be great.
