Goldendict Dictionary taking up 100% CPU

Hello. I'm running Fedora 16. I have been scowering the net for the best open source dictionary available on linux. The fact that Goldendict supports a bunch of different dictionary database formats (especially Babylon) makes it my top choice. Initially, I added the Wordnet 3.0 databse to the program and Goldendict indexed it in a matter of seconds. When I tried to add some Babylon .bgl databases, Goldendict starts taking up nearly all my CPU capacity. And, it never finishes the indexing process. The program hangs and I have to kill the process. On a separate note, I have to sign out of the x window and sign back in before I can reopen Goldendict. This did not happen when I killed a process in XP. I know you can convert Babylon's .bgl files to stardict format, but I would prefer to stick with goldict. The version of the program I have installed is goldendict-1.0.1-4.fc16 (32 bit). Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
