Boring in Oregon pairs with Dull in Scotland..

I came across this today:

Boring in Oregon has voted in favour of pairing with Dull in Perthshire Scotland.

If Craig Ferguson is to be believed, the dullest place in Scotland is actually Cumbernauld.

So where is the most boring place in the USA (excluding Washington D.C.)?

That could draw some interesting suggestions from our US contingent, the sort of place where Will Rogers said that on a Saturday night they'd go into town and watch haircuts!
