Eliminate errors

How do you eliminate them at all ?

Whats the output of:

ls /etc/yum.repos.d
I expect 2 repos which contain the same sources.
Or one that's the wrong arch.

I guess in a folder named something like: /etc/apt.d

Oh, it is /etc/apt/

and here is the result of list

apt.conf.d sources.list trusted.gpg
preferences sources.list.d trusted.gpg~
preferences.d trustdb.gpg trusted.gpg.d
