Unable to install plugins in Fedora 16

Am using Fedora 16. Recently i am facing a problem with browsing sites. In evey website i am getting a pop up showing "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" but when i click "Install missing plugins" i am getting "No suitable plugins were found" error. How do i fix this error. Its very annoying. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
