Fedora free media registration causing problems :(

Hi all,

I am trying to fill up fedora free media form but getting error:

Error: Forbidden
TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation

There is no such Register form in the screen. Please inform how to proceed with it.

I am really in a hurry since the form will be open only for a few days and the number of applicant is also limited, please inform me how to proceed ASAP.
