Having problems with sharing HD

Hello everybody.
I'm a fedora newbie (moved from Ubuntu) so be patient .
1. I have a HD (FAT) installed on my computer.
I want this HD to automount and to be shared across the ethernet.
everytime that I've tried to do this I've failed for some reason.

thank you for your help.
