X screen resolution after F15 kernel update

After kernel update from 2.6.42.12-1.fc15.i686 to 2.6.43.2-6.fc15.i686 my X screen resolution is forced to be 1024x768 instead of 1280x1024.
Moreover, the graphic card is named as DVI-I-1 instead of VGA-1:

New kernel message:
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: Output DVI-I-1 is running on CRTC 0 using output A
Old kernel message:
[drm] nouveau 0000:01:00.0: Output VGA-1 is running on CRTC 0 using output A

My graphic card is:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV11 [GeForce2 MX/MX 400] (rev b2)

Is this a known problem?

Did you change the cables?

Try to re-configure your Display and Graphics Card capabilities.

No, neither my graphic card nor my monitor have DVI capabilities;
I can use only a VGA cable.
