gnome-applets installation issue

I am installing "gnome-applets-2.32.0-3.fc15.src.rpm"

and encountering following error :-

checking for GIO... yes
checking for GTK... yes
checking for GNOME_APPLETS... no
configure: error: Package requirements (libpanelapplet-2.0 >= 2.13.4) were not met:

No package 'libpanelapplet-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GNOME_APPLETS_CFLAGS
and GNOME_APPLETS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.ZXjZHk (%build)

RPM build errors:
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.ZXjZHk (%build)

PLEASE HELP ASAP!
