Post Wireless is ON but does not connect

Problem with Wireless Connection in 3.3.3-3 fc16 x86_64
Wireless is ON but there is no connection.
Authentication required by wireless network pop up keeps popping up. The password is correct but there is no connection.

When I boot 3.3.0-8 fc16 x86_64 wireless works fine!
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions of a solution. I'd greatly appreciate.

Same over here.
Have you tried it while being connected to the power adapter?

Hi rrugemalira

If you are using the ath9k driver, then you will need to wait for a kernel update. In the meantime, use 3.3.0-8 as you have found.
See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=810678

Yes both with power adapter and without; same result. No connection to WiFi.

Thanks for the thread. Will wait for the new kernel. I'm surprised though!
