Conky-colors - installation problem

Hi everyone.

Before I use Ubuntu and the installation of conky is very simple, now I use Fedora 16 and is a little complicate

My problem is with conky-colors, before I installed the following programs, all Ok
lm_sensors (and sensors-detect)
hddtemp
python-keyring

I saw in page that I have to install this programs for F16, all Ok
pystatgrab
statgrab-tools

I can't install this programs, in ubuntu was ver easy
python-statgrab
ttf-ubuntu-font-family
curl
conky-all

when I try to isntall conky-colors
and I type "make " show me a error

make: cc: Command not found
make: *** [conky-colors] Error 127

I spend much time editing the conky config, so i need a solution.
